The Systems Engineer

Subject Matter Expert (SME) to advise, design and validate educational and training software. Candidate must be creative, adaptive, and energetic, and must be able to translate instructional directions from Program Team.

Responsibilities:

Candidate should have experience of UAS Systems and possesses excellent communications and analytical skills;  You will work closely with customers, supervisors, instructional systems designers, other SMEs, software designers, and software engineers.

You will provide subject matter expertise through design meetings, quickly adapt to changing workloads, collaborate with your team and other business units to provide software solutions, following best practices ensuring a high-quality standard.  

Qualifications:

Required Experience:

• 15+ years’ relevant experience – or - BA/BS Degree and 11+ years’ relevant experience
• Provide expertise and management of system software on Medium Altitude Endurance (MAE) systems to include Gray Eagle, Hunter, Block 0, and Warrior.  Aircraft Systems support is a consideration.
• Ability to obtain SECRET security clearance
• Proficiency with MS Office suite
