Responsible for end-to-end recruiting across the business for positions at all levels and must demonstrate the following:
• Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to support and develop best-in-class recruiting strategies that attract top talent to the company
• Successfully manage full life-cycle recruiting for a portfolio of requisitions spanning sales, marketing, manufacturing, engineering, finance and IT
• Build solid pipelines and prospect passive talent by utilizing creative sourcing methods and fostering long-term relationships with candidates
• Provide a superior experience to candidates and hiring managers
• Guide hiring managers through critical steps in the talent acquisition process and ensure adherence to corporate standards and policies
• Partner with various members of people operations team to ensure a great candidate-to-new-hire experience
• Work collaboratively and in conjunction with our HR team
• Ability to run the full cycle recruitment process for 7-10 positions at one time
• Partner and consult with business leaders to understand business needs and develop and drive recruitment strategy
• Consult and influence selection decisions ensuring a diverse pipeline
• Drive consistency in the hiring process and ensure a best-in-class hiring manager and candidate experience
• Work collaboratively in conjunction with existing recruitment team
• Coordinate, facilitate and/or participate with onsite interviews as needed
• Reduce cycle time while maintaining or improving quality of hire
• Contributes to process improvement initiatives and drives efficient process adherence
• Report weekly on recruiting activities as required or requested by the client and leadership team
• Will be responsible for HR duties and others as assigned
Requirements/Skill Set:
• Demonstrated excellence sourcing relevant functional talent with an emphasis on attracting passive candidates
• A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated success in hiring top talent in a technology environment
• Skilled at establishing trust and great working relationships with hiring managers
• Fluency with applicant tracking systems, SAP, SuccessFactors, MS Office, LinkedIn and other social media platforms for recruiting
• Bachelor’s degree required
